Ingredients

1 cup green gram sprouts (soak overnight)
1 cup black gram sprouts (soak overnight)
2 tsp fenugreek sprouts (soak overnight)
1 cup black eyed pea sprouts (soak overnight)
1 cup moth bean sprouts (soak overnight)
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup mashed potato
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp whole ground masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup hung curd
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup refined oil
Directions
Grind all the ingredients.
Shape into flattened balls.
Heat oil in a grill pan and fry.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
