Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup green gram sprouts (soak overnight)


  • 1 cup black gram sprouts (soak overnight)


  • 2 tsp fenugreek sprouts (soak overnight)


  • 1 cup black eyed pea sprouts (soak overnight)


  • 1 cup moth bean sprouts (soak overnight)


  • 1 cup chopped onion


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cup mashed potato


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tbsp whole ground masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 cup hung curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup refined oil

Directions

  • Grind all the ingredients.
  • Shape into flattened balls.
  • Heat oil in a grill pan and fry.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
